Good morning, friends! My husband and I took a quick weekend getaway to Charleston, SC this weekend and slowly but surely, the shrimp and grits hangover is lifting. We were in Charleston for less than 36 hours but managed to squeeze quite a bit in to the quick trip! This morning I've been working on uploading the many pictures we took, and working on this week's weekly wishes.
Here's how I did last week:
Complete another Skillshare class// Well, this didn't happen. I did finish the Photoshop for Bloggers class and it was really great and helpful. The week got away from me though, and I didn't start another class!
Post my photos from our breakfast as well as the progress on my home office // I did NOT post photos from our greasy spoon breakfast last week, but I DID post pictures of my home office makeover! Which, let's be honest, is more interesting than what I had for breakfast.
Post on Instagram once a day// Yes! And even twice some days. In case you missed it, you can see it here!
This week I intend to:
Edit and post our photos from Charleston // Chucktown is only a 3 hour drive from Greenville, so it makes for an easy overnight getaway! We had a blast and took a ton of pictures. I have today off so I plan on going through and editing some of our photos and sharing them with you tomorrow! I'll share some of our favorite spots too.
Work on my blog design // When I started this blog, I purchased the Genesis framework and am currently running the Swank theme, but recently purchased Foodie Pro and am excited to customize it for this space! It's on my to do list this week.
Plan out next week's blog posts // While I generally have an idea of what I'd like to write about at the beginning of each week, I have yet to develop any kind of true structure. I don't want anything to become too rigid, but I do like the idea of having a solid outline of the week's posts in advance! This week I want to brainstorm and decide on next week's daily posts and inspirational wallpaper download.
What's on tap for you this week? Let's make it a great one!!!
